Lake Havasu Patriot Days
American Veterans Traveling Tribute is excited to join with the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association to create a signature event showcasing the patriotism that makes our country great. The first annual Patriot Days will take place from 15-26 September 2010 with ten days of events and activities for all ages!
The centerpiece of this event will be the Cost of Freedom Tribute which includes the traveling Vietnam Wall, a gold dog tag tribute to all the men and women who have given their lives in the Global War on Terror, and several other displays that honor, respect, and remember the men and women that fight for the freedom we celebrate.
Join our Motorcycle Escort of the Traveling Tribute arrival and Daily Guided Rides beginning with breakfast at our “Rider Headquarters” hotel!
There will be scheduled events every day from Daily Honor ceremonies and tributes, Parades, 5k runs, Motorcycle rides, Mohave County Fair, Patriot Bowling, Patriotic Cinema Film Classics and much, much more. We are excited to present a variety of musical and comedic entertainment on the main stages throughout the event. Included are Gallagher, The McClymonts, The Chris Weaver Band, and the Ventura Girlz to name a few.
The theme of the event is Celebrate Freedom and Support our troops. Help us raise postage money for Operation Gratitude as they prepare to send over 100,000 care packages this year to our deployed troops.

The Great Video Hunt 2010
The lack of good motorcycle movies out there is depressing, so let's make our own!
Get your video cams going; shoot group rides, choppin frames, rallys, racing trikes, drinkin beer round the fire, you know...being bikers. Capture our 2010 season (does not have to be meetup specific) in a video/montage and we will have a contest in September. The winning video will be posted on our home page, lets make this an annual contest.
We will post all the video montages on meetup along with a poll for voting, the poll wont be posted until Sept 7th. You can submit up to 3 videos and they must be accessible online.
