Tour Guidelines

If you plan to ride our Ultimate Road Trip or Sasquatch Dual Sport tours please read the guidelines below and contact us if you have any questions. These guidelines do not apply to the Cafe to Cafe tour (with the exception of #6).

  1. As per AMA and tour operator guidelines One registration per participant is required (if riding two-up, rider and passenger each require a separate registration).
  2. Please leave your loud pipes at home.
  3. The tour operator requires that all participants wear a full face helmet, over-the-ankle boots & gloves, and full textile or leather riding gear, preferably with armor in the knees, hips, shoulders and elbows. (For tips on how to keep cool on hot days with full gear on, check out our 10 Hot Weather Riding Myths Busted article).
  4. Upon arrival, all participants will sign a waiver and will be issued a wristband that must be worn during the tour.
  5. Tour books and GPS routes will be provided during Sunday evening and Monday morning check-in. No tour books or GPS data will be sent in advance. If you have a GPS other than one made by Garmin, please bring your software and laptop to complete the upload to your unit. We do not have software for Tom Tom, Magellan or other brands.
  6. Motorcycle insurance is required in Oregon and Idaho.
